THE ROLE

Join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Coordinator and play 
a key role in supporting our customers and sales agents across multiple markets. The role is 1 year maternity cover. Your work will directly contribute to NN.07’s ambitious growth goals by ensuring seamless sales operations and outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with all departments in Denmark and internationally to optimize processes and drive results.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


What you will do

  • Support B2B Customers: Provide exceptional care using our modern customer service platform.
  • Sales Agent Assistance: Act as the go-to contact for sales agents across all markets.
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome and set up new customers, ensuring a smooth start to their journey with NN.07

Professional Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think ahead and act decisively.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

  • Organized and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering results.
  • A collaborative team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude
