Payment and ordering

Cancel order
Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service here if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN07 warehouse.
Prices and sales tax
Duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price for US customers.

When your package has been dispatched an additional email will be sent with tracking details. Furthermore, you can track your order online here.
Returns
Returns
We offer a free return service for the USA. We accept returns within 30 days from when you receive your order.
You will find the return label in your order box or bag. If you decide to return your order, please attach the return label on the box or bag, fill out the return form and follow the instructions on the return form.
We encourage you to reuse the box or bag your order was delivered in.
As soon as we have handled your return, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service here as soon as possible. Then we will take care of your concern.
Important information when returning
- Return the item(s) within 30 days.
- All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and with hand tags attached.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
- We can only handle returns on orders bought online at NN07.com
Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Due to customs the handling time of returns may take up to 15-20 business days. A refund will happen shortly after the return has been processed - the amount will show on your account after 1-30 days depending on payment method.
