How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds usually take between 2-5 business days from the time the return has arrived at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to handle refunds during Sale period. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
Are returns free?
Residents of the USA are provided with free return service. You have 30 days from when the parcel has been received to return the goods back to us.
Can I return an item in one of your retail stores?
No, that is not currently possible. You will have to return it directly to our warehouse.
