Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse. Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Netherlands are responsible for return costs.
European Union (EU)
NN.07 collects local VAT in all EU countries. This VAT is included in the prices on the webshop.
United Kingdom, United States and Norway and Switzerland
Duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price for customers from UK, US, Norway and Switzerland.

Extended returns over Christmas
All online purchases made between, 31.10.23 and, 20.12.23, can be returned until 20.01.24.
Returns
If you need to make a return, we do encourage you to reuse the box or bag that your order was delivered in.
Residents of the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Netherlands is provided with free return service. Residents outside Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, France and Netherlands are responsible for the return cost - you can use any courier that you prefer. Please make sure to mark RETURNS on the front of the package, and make sure that the package will be delivered at the address below and not at a pick up point.
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, USA, Norway or Switzerland, you might need our VAT-number for the return. You will find that below as well.

Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service here as soon as possible. Then we will take care of your concern.

UK refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Due to customs the handling time of returns are up to 15-20 business days. A refund will happen shortly after the return has been processed and the amount will show on your account after 1-30 days depending on your payment provider.
EU refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. A refund usually takes between 5-10 business days to show up on your account due to the different processing times between payment providers.
If you are returning your order from Germany, there will be an extra handling time from when we have received your package till the return is finally processed.
