Preparing for preppy

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of having to prepare for packing. The sheer joy of choosing my pieces for sunlit latitudes.

July burns red, yellow, and brown, just like the palette of some things I’ve packed.

I even dared to include some pastels: faded yellow, light blue, and rose. It’s that time of year.

Oh, and some denim. For the evenings, obviously.

As I look over my suitcase, I see how these choices might carry me through when I return. When I’m heading back into the office again.

But that’s for later.
