The Role
The Store Manager role at NN.07 is responsible for delivering a best-in-class shopping experience and environment for our customers. The position is all-encompassing, and is the driving force behind sales, customer service, recruiting and educating staff, managing payroll, overseeing inventory, maintaining store visual standards, and team development. We're looking for friendly, outgoing, self-sufficient, and seasoned retail veterans to help grow the band as we continue our expansion in the US.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets
Create an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability by translating and implementing company and brand-developed business plans.
Ability to manage the controllable components of the P&L to achieve all store financial and expense targets.
Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem‐solving & planning skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex and competing tasks simultaneously.
Oversee multiple areas in retail operations including sales, visual merchandizing, and stock
Provide feedback on success of brand initiatives, customer feedback, in-store trends and market insights to drive growth.
Demonstrate ability to coach, provide feedback and develop team members
Manage inventory levels to ensure minimal shrinkage through leading seasonal inventory counts, and regular stock-audits
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
Qualifications
3-5 years of retail management experience, contemporary menswear experience required
Mastery of "retail math", including relevant KPI's to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
Developed sense of style and taste, with a knack for effectively communicating what makes our products special
Proficient in conflict management and resolution skills with team members and customers alike
Effective communicator, and delegator with strong follow-up skills.
Computer and technology proficient across various platforms - Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems familiarity
