Cancel order

Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse.

Returns

Returns

If you need to make a return, we do encourage you to reuse the box or bag that your order was delivered in.

Residents of the United Kingdom is provided with free return service. Please make sure to mark RETURNS on the front of the package, and make sure that the package will be delivered at the address below and not at a pick up point.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service here as soon as possible. Then we will take care of your concern.

Important information when returning

• Return the item(s) within 30 days.
• All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and with hangtags attached.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
• We can only handle returns on orders bought online at NN07.com

Refunds

UK refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Due to customs the handling time of returns are up to 15-20 business days. A refund will happen shortly after the return has been processed and the amount will show on your account after 1-30 days depending on your payment provider.
