Orders & Shipments

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been dispatched. We pack orders Monday–Friday within 10–30 minutes of placement, after which changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

For faster handling, use the email subject line: “Cancel Order (your order number)

If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse.

If your order was placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. In some cases, it may take slightly longer.

If you have not received your confirmation, this may be due to one of the following:

  • The order was not completed correctly

  • There is a typo in the email address provided

  • The email has been filtered into your spam folder

  • A temporary delay on our side (this can occur during peak periods such as Black Week or Christmas)

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team. To allow us to investigate your order, please include your mobile number, address, and and email address.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with track and trace number. Furthermore, you can track your order via the ORDER STATUS page.

Please note that we do not price match our own discounted prices or the prices of our wholesale partners.

We are committed to creating long-lasting, high-quality products, and all items go through strict quality control. We also carefully inspect products before shipping. However, occasional errors can still occur.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will of course help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To proceed, please contact our Customer Service team and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name of the faulty/incorrect product

  • A photo of the product and the hang tag

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Fast and accurate delivery is very important to us.

If an item is missing from your order, we will of course help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To assist you in the best possible way, please provide the following information to our Customer Service team:

  • Order number

  • The name of the product(s) you did not receive

  • A photo of the shipping box


Once we’ve received this information, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning or exchanging a product at NN.07 is easy through our return portal. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return any products. Please ensure that the returned items are in new condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If it has been more than 14 days since you sent it back and you still haven’t heard from us, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns are free for customers located in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, , Belgium, France and Netherlands. Returns for all other countries must be covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible. You’ll need to return the item directly to our warehouse.

Refunds

The return process usually takes 4-8 business days for customers located in the European Union. You will receive an Email once the return process is completed and we have refunded you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-7 working days to appear in your account. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the payment service provider and its processing time. During sale periods, refunds may take up to 10-15 working days.

Warranty & Claims

You have 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

To initiate a claim, please register it in our return portal. Once your claim has been submitted, we will assess it and determine the next steps.

At NN.07, we always strive to repair products whenever possible. This approach is not only faster but also a more sustainable option, helping to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary returns or replacements. However, depending on the specific case, we may also offer to replace products or provide a partial or full refund. Each solution is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, you cannot claim a faulty product bought from one of our wholesale partners. Please contact the store where you purchased the item instead.

Stores

No, it’s currently not possible to collect an online order in a physical store.

On each product page, you can check availability in our physical stores for that specific item by clicking “Find in store” just below the “Add to cart” button.

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible. You’ll need to return the item directly to our warehouse.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure that you collect the right location site in the bottom of the page to show the correct prices, shipping cost and delivery times. If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, and Norway, we deliver everything DDP (Delivery duty paid). All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final price.
