Payment and ordering

Cancel order

Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service here if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse. 

Prices and VAT

For Non-EU customer, Non-US customer, Non-UK customer and Non-Norwegian customers please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order. Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by NN07, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

The last shipping day before Christmas is December 19th – place your order before then to ensure delivery before Christmas.


IMPORTANT: Order before 1 pm CET for same day dispatch.

Order tracking

When your package has been dispatched an additional email will be sent with tracking details. Furthermore, you can track your order online here.

Return & Exchange

Returning or exchanging a product at NN.07 is easy through our return portal. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to return any products. Please ensure that the returned items are in new condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.


Return:

In this market, where free returns are not available, NN.07 reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return label (65 AUD per label) from the total refund if the return label provided via our return portal is used.


1. Register return items in our return portal here. Use the order number from the order confirmation via email. You will receive your return label via the portal.

2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.

3. Drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop. Find the nearest one here: https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html


- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

- It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the amount to show up in your account.


Please note that in some cases it may take longer depending on the payment service used and its processing time.

During sale periods, refunds may take up to 10 working days.



Exchange:

We offer free exchange in all markets.

If you ordered the wrong size or would like another colorway of the same style, we offer free exchanges.

To register an exchange, please send the items back to our warehouse according to the steps below. We will process your new order in the meantime, and you will receive a shipping confirmation once our warehouse has confirmed the new order.


1. Register exchange items in our return portal here. Use the order number from the order confirmation via email. You will receive your return label via the portal.

2. We encourage reusing the box or bag your order was delivered in.

3. Drop off your package at a DHL parcel shop. Find the nearest one here: https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html


NOTE: We cover the cost of one exchange per order.



Unclaimed and rejected packages:

If you do not pick up your package or refuse to accept it, an automatic refund will be issued for your purchase, excluding any shipping costs.


NOTE: If you choose not to use our shipping label, keep the shipping confirmation and tracking number. The customer is responsible until the return reaches our warehouse. If you use a different courier, NN.07 will not be held responsible for any lost packages and will not be able to obtain any information or updates regarding the shipment.


If you are a resident outside of the EU you might need our VAT number for the return. You will find that below as well.

Warranty

According to Danish law, you have the right to file a claim for defective products within 2 years of the purchase date.


At NN.07, we always strive to repair products whenever possible. This approach is not only faster but also a more sustainable solution, helping to reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary returns or replacements. However, depending on the specific case, we may also offer to replace products or provide a partial or full refund. Each solution is determined on a case-by-case basis.


To submit a claim, register it in our returns portal. Once your claim has been submitted, we will assess it and determine the next steps.


Unfortunately, it is not possible to file a claim for an item purchased in one of our stores. Please contact the store where you purchased the item instead.
