Cancel order

Orders can not be changed once they are placed. Contact customer service here if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet. If you choose to cancel an order by refusing the parcel upon delivery, the item will be returned to the NN.07 warehouse. 

Prices and VAT

For Non-EU customer, Non-US customer, Non-UK customer and Non-Norwegian customers please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order. Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by NN07, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

Order tracking

When your package has been dispatched an additional email will be sent with tracking details. Furthermore, you can track your order online here.


If you need to make a return, we do encourage to reuse the box or bag that your order was delivered in.

Residents outside the EU are responsible for the return cost and you can use any courier that you prefer. Please make sure to mark RETURNS on the front of the package, and make sure that the package will be delivered at the address below and not at a service point.

Residents of Australia might need our VAT-number for the return. You will find that below as well.

In all cases, please be sure to save the shipping confirmation and tracking number as the customer is held responsible for the product until the return is processed at our warehouse.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service here as soon as possible. Then we will take care of your concern.

Important information when returning

  • Return the item(s) within 30 days.
  • All items must not be worn, washed or damaged and with hand tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
  • We can only handle returns on orders bought online at


Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Due to customs the handling time of returns may take up to 15-20 business days. A refund will happen shortly after the return has been processed - the amount will show on your account after 1-30 days depending on payment method.
