Can I change an order I have already placed?

No, already placed orders cannot be changed. You will have to contact customer service to cancel it and place a new order.

Prices & VAT

Is VAT and duties applied when shipping to Australia

Duties and taxes are not included in the final purchase price for Australian customers.

Order status

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details for your order. Furthermore, you can track your order via the ORDER STATUS page in the HELP section.

Returns & refunds

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refunds usually take between 2-5 business days from the time the return has arrived at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to handle refunds during Sale period. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.

Are returns free?

Return costs for orders outside the EU are carried by the buyer.

Can I return an item in one of your retail stores?

No, that is not currently possible. You will have to return it directly to our warehouse.

Exchanges

Am I able to do exchanges?

No, it is not possible to exchange an item. You will have to return the item and place a new order instead.

Sizes

What size should I choose?

Our product page helps with sizing through an assist tool called FitAnalytics. You just need to enter your measurements and you will get a suggested fit.
