WE HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD.
WE HAVE EXPLORED AND EXPERIENCED SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES, AND MET FANTASTIC PEOPLE.

THIS SEASON IS DIFFERENT. DUE TO REASONS KNOWN BY EVERYONE, WE DID NOT TRAVEL. WE STAYED HOME. INSTEAD, WE EXPLORED OUR OWN CITY. COPENHAGEN. WELCOME TO OUR HOME.
Think about it. What makes you call a place home? Scents. Sounds. Familiar things and habits, creating a safe haven. Those everyday things.

Is it the short glance over a glass of wine in a bar. The colors of a painting. The cast shadows from a building — the morning music playing while enjoying the first sip of coffee in your favorite cup.

Or is it the lingering feeling in your heart from the movie last night — an open window letting out the gentle scent of dinner cooking.

Is it all those things that surround you every day in what we call life.
We think it’s just like that. The familiar things you take for granted are always there — the small things you never actually think about.
We walked out of our front door and rediscovered our own city. We met up with the people that make it just that. The makers. The creators of our home.
The architects, painters, chefs, musicians, filmmakers, wine-merchants, and foodies. The ones that create these small things that all together makes our hometown.

Welcome home to our Copenhagen.

We looked for the other
side of Copenhagen.
We watched artists paint,
and craftsmen create.
We enjoyed it while tomorrow’s
music and films were
being made, We even took
a walk on the wild side.

They are the creators of the ambiance and soundtrack of our lives. All these small, ordinary things connect all of us who live in the city with each other.

We went beyond the smørrebrød and pilsner.
We looked for the other side of Copenhagen.
We discussed buildings, enjoyed fantastic food, coffee, and wine. We watched artists paint, and craftsmen create. We enjoyed it while tomorrow’s music and films were being made. We even took a walk on the wild side.

This was our 23rd journey. And this time we didn’t travel anywhere, except within our minds. And still discovered so many new things. About ourselves. About our city. And about life in general.

Do the same thing. Open your eyes. Don’t take anything for granted. Because all the small things together are what shapes your life. Making matter. Making a difference. It’s all there, right where you live – wherever you’re from.

Don’t go too far. Stay who you are.
Welcome home to our Copenhagen.
