The Role

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded PR Manager to join NN.07 and shape and drive our global PR efforts to grow awareness.

You will define the global PR strategy for NN.07, shaping how the brand is perceived and the conversations surrounding it. Working at the intersection of fashion, media, and community, you will create international visibility while ensuring local relevance in our priority cities. You will turn seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, retail openings, and community activations into compelling stories that capture attention, spark engagement, and strengthen the brand’s cultural and commercial moments.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the global PR strategy and annual PR plan for NN.07

  • Increase brand awareness and cultural relevance in priority cities through a locally relevant, city-by-city PR approach

  • Turn hero products and collaborations into cultural brand moments - through seasonal PR plans around campaigns, launches, and key brand moments

  • Build and nurture relationships with Tier-1 international press, editors, stylists, creators, and cultural voices - strengthening the premium perception and driving placements across markets

  • Manage external PR agencies across markets, with clear KPIs, budgets, and reporting structures

  • Champion earned media as a strategic brand-building tool, creating stories and content that travel across channels

  • Plan and deliver brand events, activations, and larger-scale moments in collaboration with external agencies and partners

  • Grow NN.07's community through meaningful partnerships and cultural moments that strengthen the brand's relevance

Qualifications
  • Experienced in PR within fashion or a creative industry, with a proven international track record

  • Have a strong understanding of the global media landscape and an instinct for where attention, influence, and relevance are moving

  • An exceptional relationship builder, with the ability to connect authentically with editors, creators, community leaders, and brand partners alike

  • Experienced in leading agencies and external partners - scoping, briefing, and getting the best out of them

  • Structured and strategic: you plan deliberately, execute with precision, and know how to prioritize

  • A natural understanding of storytelling with a sharp sense of how brands earn their place in culture

  • Understand the value of earned media and have built it into a meaningful strategic pillar for brand growth

  • Globally minded and energized by operating across cultures, markets, and time zones

  • Curious by nature, with an instinct for turning cultural relevance into brand impact
