The Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead and elevate the omnichannel consumer experience for NN.07. You understand that modern CRM is about much more than campaigns—it's about creating meaningful, connected experiences that strengthen relationships with consumers over time.

You combine strategic thinking with technical expertise and know how to turn consumer insights into smarter segmentation, personalized communication and automated journeys that drive both profitable growth and long-term loyalty.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with E-commerce, Retail and Operations to ensure CRM becomes a central, cross-functional capability that connects every touchpoint and delivers a seamless consumer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop NN.07's CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across all consumer touchpoints

  • Lead our omnichannel CRM agenda, creating a seamless experience between e-commerce and retail

  • Build and optimize customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and automations in Klaviyo

  • Grow and activate our consumer base while improving retention, repeat purchase and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

  • Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actions

  • Drive the adoption of AI within CRM, continuously exploring new technologies and use cases that strengthen customer engagement, automate workflows and unlock smarter decision-making.

  • Define, track and report on CRM KPIs, continuously improving performance through testing, experimentation and optimization

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail and Operations to align stakeholders around a customer-first, omnichannel agenda

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen retail CRM, clienteling and personalised customer experiences across online and offline channel

Qualifications
  • Has several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brand

  • Has hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including customer segmentation, lifecycle automation and campaign execution

  • Has a proven track record of growing, activating and retaining a consumer base - not just maintaining it

  • Understands how to build seamless omnichannel customer journeys that connect online and offline experiences

  • Combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset, using data to prioritise opportunities and drive business impact

  • Is self-driven, proactive and comfortable leading initiatives across teams

  • Is an excellent communicator who can translate CRM insights into clear priorities and influence stakeholders across the organisation

  • Strong interest in AI and its application within modern CRM.

  • Experience with Centra and Sitoo is a plus.
